Parcel with building is approximately 75 ft. x 100 ft. Vacant lot to the rear is approximately 75 ft. x 75 ft.  Located at 319 S Main Street.

Development at this site has the real potential to help strengthen the northern end of the South Main District. The building on site could be redeveloped while the vacant lot to the rear presents an opportunity for new construction or creatively designed public space.

 In lieu of a plan to reuse the existing building, the project team could explore ideas for what a new building might look like at this location.
